• In-Category Search (within each section) Look for Specific Channels or Content inside a chosen Category.

🔹 To add a Channel from a Category: 👉 Highlight the Channel you want to add to your Favorites. 👉 Long Press (press & hold) the Select button on your remote control. 👉Choose “Add to Favourite”

🔹 To add a Channel from a Search:

👉 Highlight the Channel you want to add to your Favorites. 👉 Long Press (press & hold) the Select button on your remote control.

👉 When the heart emoji (❤️) appears in the channel box, that channel has been saved to

your Favorites.

• You can use A4dableTV on Multiple Devices and in Different Locations

• As long as you don’t exceed the number of Allowed Connections included with your Subscription at any given time.

- You can only Add or Remove connections when you renew your Subscription.

⚠️ Important: If we don’t receive your connection details ahead of time, your payment may be applied incorrectly.

- App updates aren’t frequent, but when one is released, it’s important to install it promptly to

avoid service interruptions.

- If you’re having an issue with a single channel or feed, please report it to us for repair.

Report channel or feed issues by Category & Channel Name, in the following format:

• Category / Channel Name ( e.g.: USA ENTERTAINMENT / USA AMC )

- If you’re having an issue with All or Most channels or feeds:

• Have you restarted your device recently?

• Have you performed all 6 of the Maintenance & Troubleshooting steps, without skipping any?

📌 Step 1: Check With Us First

Confirm with us that there’s no EPG issue on A4dableTV’s end.

📌 Step 2: Disable VPN or Proxy

If you’re using a VPN or proxy server, disconnect and try again.

📌 Step 3: Understand How EPG Updates

The EPG auto-downloads every 24 hours when A4dableTV is launched.

You can also manually refresh it:

HOME → SETTINGS → EPG → REFRESH EPG

📌 Step 4: Fully Close A4dableTV After Use

If you don’t close A4dableTV, it never relaunches, and the EPG won’t auto-update.

How to Close A4dableTV:

Press BACK on your Fire TV remote until you’re on A4dableTV HOME.

Press BACK twice more.

(After the first press, you’ll see “Press again to exit.”)

📌 Step 5: Perform Maintenance if Needed

Failure to maintain devices & networks can also cause EPG issues.

If manually refreshing the EPG fails, perform your Monthly Maintenance & Troubleshooting to fix or identify the problem:

- You may have an outdated version the A4dableTV app.

• Perform Step 6 (Fresh Start) of our ‘Customer Device and Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting Guide’ to install the newest version.

• If your issue persists, perform all 6 steps, without skipping any.

- We’ll send you a payment confirmation that includes your subscription expiration date:

• When you first subscribe

• When you renew your subscription

- To view your current expiration date at any time, go to PAYMENT INFO from the app’s Home

Screen.

🔹 Your correct Subscription Expiration date is always in the payment Confirmation messages we send you.

🔹 To force the correct date to populate in the app:

👉 Properly Restart your device.

- There’s no need to formally cancel - A4dableTV is a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts.

• Just don’t renew when your current subscription ends.

• Once your subscription expires, your access will automatically stop.

• You’ll receive one final reminder text from us after your subscription expires.

💠 If you see an error message saying your account is “Invalid” or “Expired,”:

🔸 Has your subscription expired?

(You won’t be able to log in again until it’s renewed.)

🔸 Do you have less than 24 hours left on your subscription?

(If so, logging out will prevent you from logging back in until your subscription is renewed)

🔸 Have you restarted your device recently?

A simple reboot can resolve many issues.
