• We do offer a variety of Local Channels, including major network affiliates like ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and others - depending on your region.
• Availability may vary slightly by location, but many customers are able to access Local News, Sports, and Weather through our services.

While PPV Events and International Channels are included at no extra cost,
we do offer two optional add-ons:
• Video-on-Demand (VOD)
• Adult Content
Each add-on is $5/month, applied per subscription (not per device).
You can add either - or both - at any time.
(Both add-ons are activated during Free Trials.)
Included at No Extra Cost (in the Live TV section):
• International Channels
(Including Latino, Hindi, Filipino, and more)
• PPV Events
(Live when scheduled – Boxing, MMA, UFC, etc.)
⚠️ Note: International Channels are turned OFF by default:
• To activate them for your Trial or Subscription, just let us know which Countries or Languages you’d like added.
• There is no additional charge for alternate languages.
👉 Yes.
• You can install our app(s) on multiple devices, but you cannot exceed the number of active connections included with your subscription.
• You may purchase additional connections.
(up to a maximum of 5 connections per subscription).
• If you need more than 5 simultaneous connections, a second subscription is required.
• Streaming on more devices than your connection limit allows will result in buffering on ALL connected devices.
(Buffering will stop once you return to, or remain within, your connection limit.)
👉 Yes.
• You can watch on more than one screen at a time using our Multiscreen feature as long as you don’t exceed the number of connections included with your subscription.
• Each screen uses 1-connection
(i.e. If you have a 3-connection subscription and are watching two screens on one device
you're using 2 of your 3 connections. That means you still have 1 connection available for
streaming on another device at the same time.)
• If you want to stream on more screens, on more devices, at the same time, you can purchase
additional connections (up to a maximum of 5 per subscription).
• For more than 5 simultaneous connections, a second subscription is required.
• Using more connections than your plan allows will result in buffering on ALL connected devices
(Buffering will stop once you return to, or remain within, your connection limit.)
👉 Yes.
• We offers Parental Controls to help you manage and filter content according to your preferences.
• These controls allow you to
- Block specific categories (including adult content)
- Set up PIN protection to prevent unauthorized access or changes.
• These features are available during Free Trials also, and can be customized at any time.

👉 Restarting your Device, Modem, and Router(s) is often a quick and effective first step when
experiencing issues.

• Refresh your internet connection.
• Clear temporary glitches or memory issues.
• Resolve common Buffering, Loading, or Connection issues.

• Have you restarted your device recently?
• Have you performed all 6 of the Maintenance & Troubleshooting steps, without skipping any?

Maintenance & Troubleshooting steps, without skipping any.
👉 Common Causes:
• Has your subscription expired?
• If you have less than 24 hours remaining in your subscription and have logged out, you’ll
need to renew your subscription to log back in.
• Have you Restarted your device recently?
• Have you performed all 6 of the steps in the
‘Customer Device and Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting Guide’?
⚠️ Important:
• Performing your monthly Device Maintenance on a regular basis will help avoid
performance issues.
• Devices & Networks that aren’t properly maintained WILL experience Connection, Buffering & EPG issues.
👉 If you’re having an issue with a single channel or feed, please report it to us for repair.
• Report channel or feed issues by Category & Channel Name, in the following format:
- Category / Channel Name
( e.g.: USA ENTERTAINMENT / USA AMC )
• We’ll check the channel on our end.
• If it’s streaming correctly, we’ll let you know.
• If we experience the same issue, we’ll report it to the service owner and notify you.
• If the issue is within one of our services, it’s usually resolved quickly.
• If the issue is with an External Content Provider, the report will be forwarded to them for repair.
