Your Trial Login Credentials will be your Subscription Login Credentials.
- A4dableTV gives you 3 easy ways to search for what you want.
• Master Search (on the Home Screen)
Searches across Live Channels, Movies, Series, and Programs all at once.
• Category List Search (at the top of the Category List) Find the Category you need in seconds.
• In-Category Search (within each category) Look for Specific Channels or Content inside a chosen Category.
🔹 To add a Channel from a Category: 👉 Highlight the Channel you want to add to your Favorites. 👉 Long Press (press & hold) the Select button on your remote control. 👉Choose “Add to Favourite”
🔹 To add a Channel from a Search:
👉 Highlight the Channel you want to add to your Favorites.
👉 Long Press (press & hold) the Select button on your remote control.
👉 When the heart emoji (❤️) appears in the channel box, that channel has been saved to
your Favorites.
- App updates aren’t frequent, but when one is released, it’s important to install it promptly to
avoid service interruptions.
We notify all subscribers whenever a new update is available.

- If you’re having an issue with a single channel or feed, please report it to us for repair. Report channel or feed issues by Category & Channel Name, in the following format: Category / Channel Name ( e.g.: USA ENTERTAINMENT / USA AMC )
- If you’re having an issue with All or Most channels or feeds:
· Have you restarted your device recently?
· Have you performed all 6 of the Maintenance & Troubleshooting steps, without skipping any?
- You may have an outdated version the Bteocai app.
Perform Step 6 (Fresh Start) of our ‘Customer Device and Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting Guide’ to install the newest version.
If your issue persists, perform all 6 steps, without skipping any.
🔹 Your correct Subscription Expiration date is always in the payment Confirmation messages we send you.
🔹 To force the correct date to populate in the app:
👉 Properly Restart your device.
💠 If you see an error message saying your account is “Invalid” or “Expired,” here are the most
common causes to check:
🔸 Has your subscription already expired?
(You won’t be able to log in again until it’s renewed.)
🔸 Do you have less than 24 hours left on your subscription?
(If so, logging out will prevent you from logging back in until your subscription is renewed)
🔸 Have you restarted your device recently?
A simple reboot can resolve many issues.
