Terms of Service

 Minimum Age Requirement

  •  To access and enjoy our IPTV services, you must be 18 years old or above.

 Requirements

  • You need a supported device with adequate memory and hardware.

  • A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps on the device you're using is necessary.

  • We don't recommend devices older than 5 years.

  • Devices and Networks must be well-maintained.

 Free Trials

  • Current subscribers are not eligible for free trials.

  • Past subscribers must be inactive for 4 months to qualify for another free trial.

  • Non-Subscribers are allowed 1 Free Trial per year, per service, per person, household, and IP address.


 IP Connections

  • No IP restrictions!

  • Access from anywhere.

 

 Usage and Service Terms

You are prohibited from re-streaming, distributing, broadcasting, or transmitting any of our content either directly or by using any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or by other means.

 Refunds

  • No refunds (or transfers) will be issued after purchase.

  • Account creation and crediting incur costs; hence no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

  • We offer support to resolve user-end issues.

 Support

  • We provide support for the duration of your subscription.

  • Technical support is available during business hours. (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm ET, 7 days/week)

 Content / Service Interruptions

  • We maintain the authority to manage content on our TV services.

  • Channels may be added or removed without advance notice.

  • Intermittent service interruptions may take place for maintenance, upgrades, or repairs to enhance service performance.

  • Refunds are not provided for periods of downtime.

 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

  • Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

  • Your continued use of our services and this site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 Suspension of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate or limit your service or content access without notice or liability if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

 Messages

  • We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy for rude, abusive, or profane messages — as well as for excessive, repetitive, or nuisance communication that disrupts normal business operations. Continued violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of service without refund.
